Patterns To Do Before This One

Description

With this start, A throws crossing passes and B throws straight passes. The flips can be omitted, but then you should take extra care to not rush the timing on the two throws from the same hand.

You can think of the pattern as three passes of a regular 7-club 2-count from one hand, followed by a heff, zip and three passes of a regular 7-club 2-count from the other hand. Just as with the 6-club versions of the patterns, this pattern is nearly identical to the 7 club Jim's, only changing "flip, self" of the Jim's with "heff, zip" in the Why Not. Because only two throws to yourself are exchanged, the patterns are also compatible with each other.

Important: the heffs in this pattern have to be quite low to fit into the general pattern
