This 3-juggler pattern is based on a [[ 3-count ]] and has only 7 clubs on 3 people. It is kind of a precursor to manipulator patterns.

== Simple 3-count Runaround ==

The base-pattern is a [[3-count]] with only 5 clubs. Only one club is thrown as a pass and should be [[color-code]]d (have a club of different color to mark it). Having only 5 clubs means that only one pass is thrown on one side of the pattern and that one juggler always has the passes from the left hand while the other juggler always has passes from the right hand. This assymetry is fixed by everyone walking to the other side of the pattern after one pass.

(Note: not 100 sure about the notation here, as it is adapted from the [[scrambled]] manipulator pattern, but does not have the full set of manipulations the notation usually demands)

Terms used in throw sequence:
pass, wait, self: Hopefully self-explanatory
Ib: "Intercept b" - The pass to B is intercepted by M and M now becomes the juggler B and B becomes M
Ia: "Intercept a" - The pass to A is intercepted by M and M now becomes the juggler A and A becomes M


Walking pattern: 

This pattern has an "audience side", that means that some things of the pattern always happen on one side and other things always happen on the other side. Here, we call the side on which the pass flies the audience side. 

Every juggler has the throw sequence "self, self, pass" and then walks to the other side of the pattern - and away from the audience. 

The reason for this side is, that you wait until the juggler on the other side has done their "self, self, pass", then walk in to recieve the following pass. When you walk in, you want to walk in such that your catching hand arrives first at the place where the club arrives and not your other hand and then your face.

The two green circles are the two places you walk to on the other side holding two clubs after having thrown your pass. 

Here, M has already walked to the other side (grey dotted arrow line) and is ready to take the place of B (black arrow). B will become M at this point and walk to the green circle on the other side (long black arrow).


The green rectangle is the area on which all your walking points are… if available, it is good to have such a rectangle on the floor - or at least a line at the place where the passes go.
