Sequence: pass, self, pass, self, zap, self, zap 
This is a long 2-count like sequence (i.e. with selfs from the same hand). Followed by a "zap, pass" at the end, that makes the switch to have the selfs from the other hand.

This "switch" sequence together with the following self "Zap, Pass, Self" is also the [[Baby Dragon 756]] sequence, making this a possible practice pattern for baby dragon (if the longer sequence doesn't make it harder for you than baby dragon)
