1-count (or one-count), also called ultimates. In passing patterns: every throw is a pass to the partner.
The Selfless Passing series lists many one-counts, the whole series tries to give you one-count like patterns that only contain zips (that are not really thrown) and flips (that can be omitted in a "lazy" version)
