Selfless Passing II (Double Passes)

From jugglingpatterns

The same principle as with the selfless passing series can be applied to double passes:

  • with period 7, we can reduce the number of clubs by adding a zip into the pattern

And further, we can do the same with flips and selfs

  • with period 5, we can reduce the number of clubs by adding a flip into the pattern
  • with period 3, we can reduce the number of clubs by add a self
