TODO (patterns fit the scheme, but I havent tried them):

(Note: [[Flip]]s in the pattern are thrown as a flat in the animation, this is a bug)

Zaps are fast, low passes in which the club doesn't turn. The exercises begin with "nice" (slower) zaps to make the patterns easier.

It is not necessary to be able to juggle 3 clubs alone for these patterns. If thrown as described, they are easier for people not experienced with clubs than "normal" passes with a full turn.

On the other hand, being able to juggle 3 clubs or throwing normal passes does not help you much for throwing zaps, so they may appear difficult to already experienced passwers who have not thrown zaps.

Combinining zaps with selfs needs a lot of spin control and the ability to adjust your selfs accordingly, so the first patterns will not contain selfs.

All four hands throw at the same time. Doing two different throws at the same time is what makes the pattern more difficult, despite the synchronicity and small number of clubs making the pattern as slow as you like.
