Zaps and Heffs

From Juggling Patterns Wiki - Your resource for new passing / juggling patterns

One main difficulty in combining zaps and heffs lies in seeing the zaps in time to catch them while ignoring your heffs for a while.

4 Club Patterns

This pattern only has 4 clubs, making it a good start into combining zaps with heffs, but at the cost of having a long period seven sequence that you may find hard to remember.

  • Passing pattern 825225525 : ?jugglers=2 animation (4 clubs) (Real 5-club Why-not with no-heff pauses) zap-zip-heff-zap-zip-zap-zap-zip

5 Club Patterns

Probably some of the easiest patterns in this category are "the real 5 club why-nots". One can even find a pattern with only 4 clubs thatnis similar, but has more "pause" between heffs.
