7-club 2-count (singles)

From Juggling and Passing Patterns Wiki

This seems pretty similar to the 7-club 2-count (doubles) 4p3, but the theory of the pattern descriptions changes drastically.

The pattern is pretty well described by a pattern of the siteswap "7" with a different hand order of the two jugglers. So first left and right hand of juggler A throw, then left and right hand of juggler B.

Link to the pattern at passist.org:

If we follow this description, all throws are of the same height 3.5 (high passes and high selfs) and the pattern has an uneven da-damm-(pause) rhythm for both jugglers. I think in reality (at least when I do the pattern) passes are still thrown with higher single passes than self-throws and the rhythm is more regular than what we see in the simulation.

So I think that generally we throw something that is close to this siteswap "7", but everything is shifted a little towards the 7-club 2-count (doubles) 4p3.

Note that you cannot do a left-handed start with a self in sync with the other person like with the 2-count with doubles, as nothing happens at the same time.
